About the Pioneers

For many years, Sean & Evellyne dreamed of simplifying their life. They longed for a new place to call home. A place away from the hustle and bustle of the congested city. A place near the mountains, rivers and streams where they could create a homestead and begin to learn to be self sufficient.

At the end of 2020 they made the leap to follow their dreams & moved from San Diego to Southern Oregon. They found their dream property in the heart of the awe inspiring Applegate Valley.

Now that Sean & Evellyne have settled into their new home they would like to share the beauty of this majestic area with others through a beautiful glamping resort. They had dreamed of creating a place for countless families, couples and friends to create long lasting memories. A place for people to unplug from the constant attachment to technology, unwind and connect with nature.
What better way to do this than glamping in magnificent covered wagons next to the beautiful Applegate River and in the heart of Southern Oregon's wine country?!?!
